摘要:

針對乘用車(chē)車(chē)身結構振動(dòng)抑制問(wèn)題,采用基于蟻群算法的參數自適應PID控制器,以壓電元件為測量和控制元件,進(jìn)行了振動(dòng)主動(dòng)控制仿真和實(shí)驗研究;首先對白車(chē)身結構進(jìn)行實(shí)驗模態(tài)分析,確定了壓電元件的布片位置并確定壓電控制的傳遞關(guān)系,然后設計基于蟻群算法的PID參數自適應控制器,制定了控制方案,進(jìn)行了模擬仿真分析,最后搭建試驗平臺,以某國產(chǎn)乘用車(chē)白車(chē)身為被控結構,進(jìn)行了車(chē)身振動(dòng)主動(dòng)控制實(shí)驗;系統仿真和實(shí)驗結果表明,施加控制時(shí)車(chē)身的振動(dòng)幅值較未施加控制時(shí)大幅減小,在振動(dòng)幅值較大的低頻區域,其振動(dòng)幅值明顯降低;從而驗證了應用基于蟻群算法的參數自適應PID控制技術(shù),不僅可以有效降低車(chē)身的振動(dòng)幅度,而且對傳統控制方法控制效果不佳的振動(dòng)低頻區域,控制效果明顯。

Abstract:

Simulation and experiment research on active vibration control of white car-body were performed for the question of car-body vibration. Experimental model of white car-body is analyzed in the first place to determine the piezoelectric elements’ position and the transitive relation of the structure. And then designed the PID parameters adaptive controller based on ant colony algorithm and developed a control scheme to make the simulation analysis. At last, the car-body vibration active control experiment was carried out with the piezoelectric element as the measurements and control components. The results of simulation and experiment show that the vibration active control of car-body is feasible to apply parameter adaptive PID controller based on ant colony algorithm.
