基于PIC單片機研制了一種靜脈點(diǎn)滴輸液用監視提醒裝置,配套一次性點(diǎn)滴輸液器使用,實(shí)現了靜脈點(diǎn)滴輸液全過(guò)程的智能化準確監測與報警,減少了病人和陪護人員的顧慮；詳細介紹了裝置的系統結構和功能特點(diǎn),給出了硬件設計原理和PIC單片機的軟件設計流程圖；基于試驗測試波形的分析,點(diǎn)滴速度允許范圍為12～160 drop/min；試驗表明,所研制的靜脈點(diǎn)滴輸液用智能監視提醒裝置具有監測準確、安全可靠、操作簡(jiǎn)便及結構簡(jiǎn)單的特點(diǎn)。

Abstract:

Monitoring and warning device for intravenous transfusion is developed based on PIC microcontroller. It supports the use of disposable infusion set to realize the intelligent accurate monitoring and alarm for whole process of intravenous infusion, which can allay misgiving for the patients and caregivers. System structure and function characteristics of the device are introduced in detail, then hardware design principle and the flow of software for PIC is given. Dropping speed range allowed is 12 to 160 drop/min based on the analysis of experiment detecting waveform. The experiment shows that:intelligent monitoring and warning device for intravenous transfusion has the characteristics of accurate monitoring, safety and reliability, easy operation, simple structure.
