摘要:

為了提高無(wú)人機現有剎車(chē)系統的剎車(chē)性能和剎車(chē)效率,文章針對無(wú)人機雙余度全電剎車(chē)系統進(jìn)行設計,介紹了雙余度全電剎車(chē)系統的原理及結構特點(diǎn),特別對無(wú)人機雙余度全電剎車(chē)系統的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)即半物理防滑控制盒和驅動(dòng)控制器的設計進(jìn)行了詳細分析；設計了以DSP+CPLD為控制核心的28 V低壓剎車(chē)驅動(dòng)控制器,通過(guò)半物理實(shí)驗表明剎車(chē)過(guò)程壓力平穩均衡,系統工作高效可靠,控制性能能夠滿(mǎn)足無(wú)人機全電剎車(chē)系統的要求。 

Abstract:

In order to improve the performance and efficiency of the braking system for unmanned aerial vehicle, this paper design a dual-redundancy electric braking system. An analysis is given for the structure and features of the system,specially describing the key technique of unmanned aerial vehicle that is the design of electric actuator and brake-control box in detail. The control core of 28V low voltage brake drive controller is designed by DSP + CPLD , the hardware in the loop simulation platform show that the braking pressure is stable and balanced, the system is efficient and reliable, the control performance can meet the requirements of the electrical brake system.
