摘要:

針對健康管理智能算法與推理模型性能的驗證與評估需求,設計了一種航空機電作動(dòng)器健康管理驗證系統;通過(guò)分析航空機電作動(dòng)器的故障機理,提出了電機、控制器、齒輪減速器的數學(xué)建模方法和對應的主要失效模式的故障注入方法,設計了驗證系統硬件平臺、基于組件模式的通用軟件運行環(huán)境及支持實(shí)時(shí)顯示功能的驗證與評估模塊;仿真結果表明,該平臺能夠支持各種健康管理算法與系統模型的加載和調用,并能夠實(shí)現驗證與評估信息的在線(xiàn)顯示。

Abstract:

A validation system of prognostic and health management system for aviation electromechanical actuator(AEMA) was designed for validating and evaluating the intelligent algorithms and reasoning models of prognostic and health management (PHM) system. By analyzing the failure mechanism of AEMA, the modeling and fault injection methods of electrical machine, common fault data source were presented as well as the hardware architecture and general software operating environment based on component-based architecture of the verification prototype system were designed, in which various PHM algorithms and system models could be loaded, called and evaluated, simultaneously, the information of verification and evaluation could be online real-time displayed.
