    摘要:

    針對目前煤礦井下巷道人力牽引敷設電纜方式勞動(dòng)強度大、電纜易磨損及工作效率低等問(wèn)題,依據井下巷道環(huán)境以及井下電纜安裝車(chē)的結構,設計并開(kāi)發(fā)了井下巷道電纜安裝車(chē)自適應掛纜控制系統,以機械化、自動(dòng)化技術(shù)解放工人的繁重勞動(dòng);系統以C8051F020單片機為主控單元,采用手動(dòng)控制和自動(dòng)控制結合、手動(dòng)控制優(yōu)先的控制策略,融入記憶學(xué)習的智能思想,實(shí)現井下巷道電纜自動(dòng)懸掛;闡述了系統的工作原理、軟硬件設計及實(shí)現;實(shí)驗室性能測試結果表明,位移測量誤差±2%以?xún)?掛纜機械手能夠按照手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)的要求正確動(dòng)作并準確掛纜,實(shí)現電纜的自適應懸掛。

    Abstract:

    Typically, the cable hanging in coal mine underground roadway mainly relies on human traction. By this method to install mining cables, there are many conspicuous shortcomings, such as high labor intensity, serious cable wearing, lower work efficiency and so on. Referring to the environment of underground roadway and the structure of the cable installation truck used in coal mine, the adaptive cable hanging control system (ACHCS) used in cable installation truck was designed and developed so as to liberate human heavy labor by mechanization and automation. Using C8051F020 single-chip computer as a main control unit, and taking the combination of manual and automatic control models as the main control strategy but manual control model being priority,the intelligent thought was integrated into the ACHCS to carry out the adaptive cable hanging.The working principle, the hardware and software of the ACHCS were introduced in detail in this paper. It has been verified by the laboratory experiments that the cable hanging manipulator can be operated correctly, hung cables accurately and automatically.
