摘要:

在離心血泵的研制過(guò)程中,流量與灌注壓作為血泵的兩個(gè)重要性能指標,是關(guān)鍵的檢測參數；而扭矩是離心血泵驅動(dòng)能力的重要體現,因此,對扭矩的測試也至關(guān)重要;針對離心血泵流量8 L/min,灌注壓50 kPa的設計要求,設計了基于虛擬儀器技術(shù)的離心式血泵壓力、流量和扭矩的測試系統,為實(shí)現離心式血泵的測試、分析和優(yōu)化提供重要的試驗方法;結果表明:該測試系統能夠滿(mǎn)足對離心血泵流量、壓力和扭矩等機械參數進(jìn)行測試的要求。

Abstract:

In the research and manufacturing process of the centrifugal blood pump,the flow and pressure as the two important performance indicators,are the key testing parameters；and the torque is capable of driving for the centrifugal blood bump,therefore, the torque testing is also crucial. This paper designs a testing system for the flow、pressure and torque of the centrifugal blood bump based on virtual instrument technology,and provides a important test method for blood bump's testing and analysis.The result shows that:the test system can satisfy the testing requirements for measurement parameters.
