摘要:

針對磨礦自動(dòng)控制過(guò)程中設備間通訊不便的問(wèn)題,提出了基于OPC技術(shù)的磨機負荷自動(dòng)控制系統。分析了OPC技術(shù)的數據訪(fǎng)問(wèn)規范,并用VB編寫(xiě)OPC通訊客戶(hù)端,以Wincc作為OPC服務(wù)器,實(shí)現Wincc與VB程序的數據交換,達到對磨機負荷實(shí)時(shí)自動(dòng)控制的目的。

Abstract:

Based on the problem that communication inconvenience between equipments in grinding automatic control process. This paper put forward the mill load automatic control system based on OPC technology. Data access specification of OPC technology is analyzed, using VB communication OPC client, using Wincc as OPC server ,data exchange realizes the Wincc and VB program, achieve the goal of real-time automatic control for mill load.
